Pilates - The Basic Mat Class consists of the fundamentals of Pilates - your core and your breathing. We will perform exercises litke the "hundred", "single-leg kick", and "the teaser". Pilates is very quick, powerful and effective!

Yoga - Students of all levels are invited to join these classes. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.  Experienced practitioners will be encouraged to explore advanced variations. Focusing on the breath, body awareness and postural alignment, students will be led with a warm-up, postural flow, followed by savasana - a deep relaxation/meditation. Please wear appropriate, flexible clothing suitable for movement and bring a yoga mat. Yoga blocks, blankets and eye pillows will be provided.  If you are new to the studio and need to sign up, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class to register.
